Metchosin Community Hall uses an online booking calendar so you can check availability and submit your request any time of day — no phone tag, no waiting for office hours, no back and forth. Our volunteer team reviews every submission and confirms within ~24 hours. Have a question before booking? Our chat assistant can answer most things instantly.

1. Choose your space

Select the Main Hall, the Upstairs Meeting Room, or the Full Facility.

2. Pick your dates

Select your event date. Need time to set up the day before or pack down the morning after? Add those slots too.

3. Submit your request

A credit card is required to hold your date. You will not be charged until your booking is reviewed and approved.

4. Await confirmation

Our dedicated volunteer team reviews every request personally and confirms within ~24 hours.

5. Complete your documents

Once approved, we will send your rental agreement, waiver, and any required policy documents to sign.

6. You’re booked

We arrange key pickup before your event and you are all set. All that is left is to enjoy the space.

Same as start date for single-day events.

Fire capacity: Main Hall 300; Upstairs Meeting Room 49.

Setup & Cleanup

Setup Day Before allows access to the hall after 3:00 PM until 11:00 PM the day before your event.

Standard full-day rentals include basic cleanup access until 9:00 AM the following morning. Select this option if extended cleanup access is needed until 1:00 PM.
